Smart GIF Creator is a simple application designed to help you create your own GIFs. Using a set of images from JPEG, BMP, ICO, PCX files, you will be able to create GIF files and edit them using the editor you prefer. With this tool you can define settings like Screen size, Background, Number of loops, Offset, Transparency, Interlacement, Delay, Title for each separate image.
Its interface is very intuitive and easy to use, it has basic controls to add files, move them up and down, and animate.
The main interface has three tabs to work with gifs:
Global Tab: where you can set the global size of the composition, and the looping count.
Image Tab: deals with properties of individual images in the composition.
Comments Tab: deals with comments you can add to each frame and save in the animated GIF composition
If you are a webmaster or usually work with images and want a basic and easy to use application to create light animations, this is an option. It could be better with some useful additional tools like a built in animation viewer and editing functions, but it works.
